Indian Integrative Management (IIM) is a concise but all-encompassing work of KVK Thampuran, completed in 2008. Salutations and Pranams to Pujya Swamiji Dayananda Saraswati who offered to publish the book. It was published in 2011 by Arsha Vidya Gurukulam, Anaikatti. It was released twice by Pujya Swamiji. In the foreword, Pujya Swamiji says, "I strongly recommend this book for a committed study by everyone engaged in Management programs".
Quoting Thampuran, "Management according to ancient Hindu philosophers' view is the 'science and art of causing and controlling destiny' - the destiny of the individual man, his organisations and enterprises...Every phenomenon that is taking place in this world is the effect of some activity or Karma... This is the Karma theory of the Hindus and the basis for all Management principles and practices. What these principles and practices are and how to use them is the subject matter of this book. "
The book is the culmination of decades of thought along these lines.
In the 1980's, as a Director of Chinmaya Vignana Mandir, Bengaluru, he conducted workshops on 'Indian philosophy & Culture for Modern Management' at various Organisations. In a booklet published during this time(cover image given below), he enumerates these principles.
Book Release at Arsha Kalarangam music and Dance Festival Nov 2011
This work was published by Arsha Vidya Gurukulam(AVG), Anaikatti, Coimbatore. Pujya Dayananda Swamiji graciously released it at the annual music festival organised by AVG at Kikani School, Coimbatore on 14.11.2011. Sudha Sylendranath received the first copy from Pujya Swamiji.

Sudha Sylendranath, KVK Thampuran's daughter brought out the e-book edition in 2023. Transliteration of all Samskrit words has been done in this edition. E-book was published by CinnamonTeal Publishing.

Book Release at CII(Chamber of Indian Industry,Coimbatore)
Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati released the book a second time in January 2012 in the presence of industrialists of Coimbatore. Late Sri PR Krishnakumar, MD of Arya Vaidya Pharmacy, Coimbatore received the copy.
